First in the High-Performance Series, this workshop uses PI data and the Team Discovery platform to understand team dynamics, strengths, contributions, and blind spots. You will understand motivating drives to improve communication, conflict and teamwork.

Designing for Strategic Action

Second in the High Performance Series, this workshop follows Discovering Your Team Type.  Use collective PI data and the Team Discovery platform to reveal how leaders can align the Team Type with strategic goals for optimal team performance.

Customer Focused Selling (CFS)

This 2-day workshop combines PI data with The Selling Skills Assessment Tool (SSAT) to assess and measure current selling skills and areas for improvement. Participants learn how to build selling skills, strategies and capabilities for consultative selling. Critical skills are reinforced during six months of coaching huddles.
